Return and Refund Policy for Ayurveda Products

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only items in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging are eligible for return.
  • Products that are used, opened, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumable items once opened (powders, oils, tablets, capsules) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse by the customer are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping or delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Replacement / Exchange

  • In case of a defective or wrong product, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Replacement products will be shipped after the defective item is returned and verified.
